CanDoo is a Malaysian platform that fills the empty spots in your classes. You release the spots you would otherwise leave empty, CanDoo members book them with credits, and your regulars and your own prices stay as they are. We also run your bookings, payments and check-ins in one place. CanDoo is operated by KIN Solutions Sdn. Bhd..
No setup fee and no monthly fee. For classes we take 10% of each booking, and CanDoo covers the card processing fee. For paid event tickets we take 1%, and the card processing fee comes out of the ticket price. Free events cost nothing.
Every credit a member spends at your studio is worth RM 6.00. After our 10% commission you keep RM 5.40 per credit. You choose how many credits each class costs, so a 10-credit class pays you RM 54.00 per booking, whatever plan the member is on.
No. You only release spots you would otherwise leave empty, and you choose how many. Your own drop-in and package prices stay the same.
Members can cancel for free until 12 hours before class. Your share is paid straight to your own Stripe account 12 hours after the class ends, and Stripe usually pays out to your bank within a few business days. You connect Stripe once in the studio portal.
Yes, to get paid automatically. You create one in a few minutes from Payment Setup in the studio portal, with your business registration, IC and bank details.
Send us your studio details and we build your studio page for you to check. Then add your classes in the studio portal and connect Stripe to go live.
Yes. One login covers all your outlets, each with its own timetable and payouts. Owners can also add staff logins, so nobody shares a password.

The CanDoo app for iPhone and Android is on its way to the App Store and Google Play. Members can already book on app.candoo.my, which works on any phone.
